# Cancellation & Missed Appointment Policy

​Please note we require at least  2 full business days  cancellation notice. This will allow for consideration of other patients who would also like to schedule an appointment. For appointments canceled with less than 2 full business days notice, 50% of the full cost of the appointment will be charged as a cancellation fee. Missed appointments will incur the full cost of the appointment as a cancellation fee. Consideration will be given to unforeseeable circumstances, at our discretion. 

Appointments cannot be canceled online. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please email info@rootsnaturopathic.ca. Thank you!
